• Home clean up session after animal passing, of your animal’s personal space and belongings, favorite items, food and bowls, pet hair, toys, beds, etc. Careful Storage Box preparation or donation of selected items to local animal shelters, including drop off of items
• Coordination support for a Personalized Remembrance Ceremony
• Premium Memorial Keepsake Box, including photos, personal items, fur keepsake and clay paw print
• Grief support sessions via call, text or in person (2 weekly sessions of 30 minutes) for up to 15 days after your pet’s passing or 1 weekly session of 30 minutes up to 30 days of your pet’s passing.

**Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, payments are non-refundable. However, if your pet's condition changes and services are no longer needed at this time, your payment will be converted into a credit that may be used toward any Crossing Together service within 12 months.
