• Family Personal Emotional Support Guidance plus 4 printed resource guides:
Quality of Life Scale Packet - Advance Care - Rituals & Legacy - First Week After a Pet Loss
• Coordination with veterinary providers
• Transportation assistance for you and your pet (if needed)
• Presence before, during and after euthanasia
• Cremation, Aquamation or Burial arrangements
• Beautiful Memorial Box plus a Memorial paw print and Fur keepsake
• Grief support sessions via call, text or in person (1 weekly session of 30 minutes) for up to 15 days after your pet’s passing

However, if your pet's condition changes and services are no longer needed at this time, your payment will be converted into a credit that may be used toward any Crossing Together service within 12 months.
